呼吸法

  1. 胸部呼吸——一般人的呼吸
  2. 腹部呼吸——较深沉
  3. 胸腹呼吸——最深沉
  • 胸腹呼吸的功效:
  • 充足带氧
  • 完全排除二氧化碳、净化血液
  • 按摩胸腹器官、强化肺部
  • 增强活力和耐力、心灵更澄净、敏锐

锻炼姿势:
仰卧和坐姿:手置腹部上
站姿:吸气时双手上举;吐气时前弯双手顺势放下碰地。
