优质油脂,饮食不可少!
因着皮肤痕痒问题,我开始饮用UDO’s 3 6 9 oil,也使用椰油作为外敷,情况一天一天地改善,不再痕痒,而且患处也渐渐淡色了,希望有朝一日可以恢复原有的肌肤,哈哈!
当然,低质油脂就得减少或避免,加上其他方面的调理,比如:饮用天然果醋,多吃蔬果,少吃淀粉/糖类食物,还有多加排汗,把毒素排出,不止情况好了,精神也好多了!
