生机饮食之梅汁腌金瓜

 

材料:

金瓜 – 大约200g

海盐 – 少许

梅子醋 – 30ml

梅子浆 – 30ml

做法:

1)先将金瓜刨丝,加入少许海盐腌大约30分钟。

2)将1)金瓜挤干水分。

3)在挤干后的金瓜加上梅子醋和梅子浆,让梅汁盖过金瓜待30分钟后即可食用。
