生机饮食之腌渍紫包菜

 

材料:

紫包菜 – 1小粒

梅子醋 – 30ml

梅子浆 – 30ml

黑胡椒粉 – 少许

做法:

1)将紫包菜切丝(不必太细)。

2)先加入梅子醋腌渍后,再加入梅子浆搅拌均匀。

3)可洒少许黑胡椒粉调味,即可食用。
