生机食谱之南瓜虾球面

材料: (2人份)

南瓜 – 200g

虾球 – 4只

有机面 – 2束

黑糖 – 少许

鸡汤 – 300ml

腌虾调味料:

海盐、黑胡椒粉、蛋白、勾芡粉 – 少许。

做法:

1)将南瓜去皮,切成小片,蒸20分钟。

2)把虾球用腌虾调味料略腌,待用。

3)将鸡汤和南瓜用搅拌机拌匀,加少许海盐和黑糖调味煮滚,待用。

4)将虾球和面分别烫熟捞起,沥干水份,盛入碗中,注入原先煮好的南瓜汤,再加入少许黑胡椒粉和芫茜,即可食用。
