呛辣鲜虾

材料:(2人份)

  • 鲜虾 – 300g
  • 有机葱末 – 1把
  • 有机蒜末 – 适量

调味料:

天然蔬菜味素、海盐、黑胡椒粉各1/2茶匙,辣椒酱1茶匙。

做法:

1)取优质煎锅以中火预热,放入鲜虾,两面干煎至虾壳变红熟。

2)加入葱蒜和调味料拌炒约3分钟,即可息火起锅。
