凉拌酸甜木耳

材料:

黑木耳 – 120g (泡水)

洋葱 – 1个60g

黄瓜 – 1条60g

红辣椒 – 2条

调味料:

有机油膏、酱清各1汤匙

果糖浆 – 2汤匙

有机蔗糖 – 1汤匙

凤梨醋 – 1汤匙

黑醋 – 1 1/2汤匙

做法:

1)先将黑木耳泡水至软身,烫过热水后再泡冷水,沥干,切丝备用。

2)黄瓜和洋葱切丝,红辣椒去籽切丝。

2) 把调味料混合,再加入所有材料搅拌均匀,置入雪柜冷冻一小时后,即可食用。
