烧双冬

材料:(3-4人份)

冬瓜 – 300g

冬菇 – 4朵

姜片 – 5-6片

水 – 300ml

调味料:

有机黑豆油膏 – 1 1/2汤匙

有机酱清 – 1 1/2汤匙

有机蔗糖 – 2茶匙

有机麻油 – 少许

做法:

1) 先热锅,下少许葡萄籽油爆香姜片和冬菇,跟着加入冬瓜块。

2) 加入300ml水,再加入调味料,焖约12-15分钟至冬瓜稍软即成。
