木耳滑溜鱼片

材料:(2-3人份)

黑木耳 – 60g (泡水)

生鱼片 – 200g

高汤 – 250ml

调味料:

有机油膏、酱清各1汤匙

胡椒粉、麻油、芶芡粉各少许

做法:

1)将黑木耳泡水至软身,沥干备用。

2)生鱼片切片,用少许海盐、蔗糖、胡椒粉、麻油、芶芡水略腌。

3)先热锅,放入少许葡萄籽油炒香黑木耳,下高汤250ml焖煮片刻,放入生鱼片和调味料炒均匀,再加些芶芡水,即可上碟。
