金针菇蒸蛋

材料:(2-4人份)

鸡蛋 – 2粒

金针菇 – 1 包

过滤水 – 200ml

红萝卜 – 少许(切碎)

芹菜叶 – 少许

调味:

海盐少许、有机酱油半汤匙。

做法:

1. 将鸡蛋加入水和海盐拌匀,然后把它过滤。

2. 加上金针菇,放入蒸锅蒸约8分钟。

3. 用少许红萝卜及芹菜叶点缀,淋上有机酱油即可上桌。
