芝麻酱伴茄子

材料:(2人份)

茄子 – 1条

芫茜 – 1束

调味料:

黑豆荫油1/2汤匙、凉面酱1 1/2汤匙、黑麻油2汤匙、黑豆酱油少许、海盐适量、热水100毫升。

做法:

1. 茄子洗净,切成小段,用海盐略腌均匀,放入蒸笼蒸约12分钟至熟,取出,盛盘。

2. 调味拌好,淋在茄子上,点上芫茜,即可上菜。
