青蒜豆豉酱豆干

材料:(2人份)

青蒜 – 2支

豆干 – 1块

小黄瓜 – 2条

红萝卜 – 1条

红辣椒 – 1条

调味料:

黑豆酱油膏少许、胡椒粉少许、有机豆豉酱1汤匙。

做法:

1. 将材料切成适当大小,

2. 将豆干、辣椒、红萝卜放入锅内,加上酱油膏,放少许油煎豆干、胡椒粉煮约3分钟

3. 起锅前加小黄瓜、青蒜拌煮一下,即可上菜。
